BAND OF HEROES seeks to eliminate death & disability experienced by cardiovascular attack & stroke victims.
Our mission is to train you how to become someone’s hero by learning these valuable techniques and saving lives.
Our mission is accomplished through the creation of a dedicated army of employees well-trained in First Aid, CPR techniques & the proper use of portable AED units.
Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death in the U.S. More than 350,000 people will suffer from sudden cardiac arrest during this year alone. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere, and at any age.
As such, Band of Heroes is committed to training you to administer CPR/AED so you are prepared. Our work is unfinished until everyone in the Lawrence, Massachusetts area has been trained and certified to save others and provide first-response relief.According to the American Red Cross, the average response time for first responders once 911 is called is 8-12 minutes. An AED is the only effective treatment for restoring a regular heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest. It is an easy tool to operate for someone with training but no medical background. We teach classes throught the greater Boston, MA area.
Become certified with CPR, first aid training, AED training, and wilderness survival classes from Band of Heroes. Located in Merrimack Valley, we are committed to helping others save lives. We are willing and able to complete training programs throughout the greater New England area. Our training programs are geared toward healthcare professionals who need to attain recertification, new teachers who must be certified as per requirements, and the general public who would like to be prepared to respond in case of an emergency situation. When you encounter an individual unconscious or visibly distressed, it is important to react appropriately in order to provide that person with the best possible outcome.
It is Band of Heroes' mission to raise awareness about the ways emergency warning signs are detected and how individuals should respond while waiting for medical personnel. If you are interested in learning how you can save lives, contact us to enroll in a certification program today. We have had members of our classes save others who went into cardiac arrest and it is our mission to continue training others so these numbers grow. As a nationwide distributor of HeartSine Defibrillators, we will further teach you how to administer an AED and provide you with the opportunity to purchase the item in case of an emergency.
